Lilian Grava, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Her career in the mental health field has included roles in private practice, community mental health, and clinical supervision, where she has provided guidance and training to other professionals in the field.

Ms. Grava’s therapeutic approach is warm, empathetic, and client-centered, while integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment, psychodynamic and family systems interventions. She works collaboratively with clients to identify and address maladaptive patterns of thinking and behavior, supporting them in developing healthier coping skills and greater emotional resilience.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Miami and continues to pursue advanced training in a range of therapeutic modalities. Ms. Grava’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relational problems. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
